7-Day Consideration Period
We desire your connection with your Naivory piece to be complete harmony. If for any reason your selection does not fulfill your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date of recorded delivery.
Conditions for Return
To uphold the hygiene and integrity of our artisanal pieces, returned creations must be in flawless, unworn, and original condition:
- All brand security tags, seals, and protective hardware films must remain unbroken and attached.
- The item must be accompanied by its complimentary cotton dust bag, provenance card, and presentation box.
- Items showing signs of wear, liquid contact, cosmetic stains, or altered structure cannot be accepted.
Complimentary Reverse Pickup
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email our concierge at customercare@naivory.com or call +918868857804 with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a complimentary insured courier pickup directly from your doorstep at a convenient time.
Inspection & Refund Disbursal
Upon receipt at our atelier, our artisans inspect the piece within 48 hours. Once verified, refunds are promptly processed back to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, a secure bank NEFT transfer or digital store credit is issued.
